Interior design and project management of a Victorian flat that included a loft extension and redistribution of the first floor to acommodate two bedrooms in the loft and a larger living space. The original flat had enclosed and small rooms, with the kitchen and living area very far from each other.

Although the owners original idea wasn’t changing the kitchen and bathroom location, Hai Spaces proposal included opening up these spaces and changing their location, improving the ‘flow’ of the space.

Rethinking the usual Victorian dark small rooms, we opened up the living room and swap the location of the kitchen with the bathroom, making a space that now works for a small growing family.

With the design of bespoke carpintry, the owners really benefitted with space saving and maximizing storage..
